Products
All products available for purchase are displayed on the webstore. Products not shown as available are either sold out, unavailable, or not yet released. Availability is subject to stock at the time the order is processed.
Orders
All orders must be paid in euros (€), which is the only currency displayed on the webstore. Death Manifestations reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be charged at the price shown at the time the order is placed and accepted. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout before payment. Delivery restrictions, where applicable, are also shown before the order is completed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Death Manifestations will contact the customer by email and offer either a refund or an alternative solution, where appropriate.
Customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, handling fees, or other charges related to importation may apply to orders shipped outside the customer’s country or customs area. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import rules in their country before ordering.
Payments
Payments may be made by PayPal or bank transfer. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or other transaction costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders paid by bank transfer may be cancelled automatically if payment confirmation is not received within 5 days.
Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped from Portugal via standard postal services. Tracking is provided whenever the selected shipping service includes it. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, local postal services, peak periods, or other delays outside our control. Death Manifestations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or circumstances outside its control after dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these Terms affects the customer’s statutory rights. If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you may generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to sealed audio recordings once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Personal information may be used and shared only to the extent necessary to process orders, provide customer service, arrange payment, ship goods, comply with legal obligations, or operate the website.
