Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are shipped from Portugal via standard postal services. Tracking is provided whenever the selected shipping service includes it. Delivery times vary by destination:
Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, peak periods, or other unforeseen delays. If an exceptional delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. Shipping costs and any delivery restrictions are shown at checkout before payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, customs charges, or local handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Suspension of Postal Service Shipping to the U.S.
Postal service shipping containing goods to the United States is currently suspended indefinitely. Customers interested in purchasing multiple items may request a quotation for courier shipping (UPS or equivalent). Please note that import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs charges may still apply and are determined by U.S. customs authorities. These charges remain entirely beyond the control of Death Manifestations.
