Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only as required by applicable consumer law and in the situations described below. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. In the European Union, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to the legal exceptions set out below.

Due to the limited and underground nature of our releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or a return right applies under mandatory consumer law. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. This 7-day request does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Products sold in Portugal are generally covered by a 3-year legal guarantee for movable goods.

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to sealed audio recordings once they have been unsealed after delivery.

For eligible withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or mandatory law provides otherwise. Refunds for valid withdrawal requests are issued within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, although we may wait until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided, whichever comes first.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • buyer’s remorse where no legal withdrawal right applies
  • unsealed audio media where the legal withdrawal exception applies
  • an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control
