Due to the limited and underground nature of our releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by postal services or customs
